The Two-Year Anniversary Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by ReadyWhen Tech Inc. (“GoVeyance”) and is subject to the following rules (“Rules”). The Contest begins at 9:00 AM PST on April 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59 AM PST on May 16, 2025 (“Contest Period”).

1. Rules. By entering the Contest, you agree to the Rules and that GoVeyance’s decisions are final in respect of the Contest. GoVeyance can cancel, modify, or terminate the Contest without notice or liability by giving notice at www.goveyance.ca or via email. This Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and is only open to British Columbia residents.
2. Enter. In order to enter the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must: (a) be a legal resident of British Columbia and be of majority age; and (b) not be an employee or an immediate family member of any employee of GoVeyance or related companies; and (c) either (i) complete the feedback form at this link, click here, and select your preferred Prize; or (ii) send a legibly written letter which includes your first and last name, street address, city, province, and email address to Unit 100, 11957-80 Avenue, Delta, BC, V4C 0E1, Canada. Please have it sent to the attention of GoVeyance (each an “Entry”). An Entry submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Limit of 1 Entry per person. All Entries become the property of GoVeyance. GoVeyance may disqualify you for tampering with the Entry process or Contest; violating Rules; submitting offensive feedback; or harassing others.
3. Draw. A random draw will be held on May 19, 2025 at approximately 5:00 pm PST in Vancouver, British Columbia from eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received. Winners will be notified via email within 10 business days of the draw.
4. Prizes. Two prizes valued at $500 Canadian in the form of a gift certificate for a dinner at a restaurant or a spa day are available to be won (each a “Prize”). Each Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable. Any taxes or fees associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, GoVeyance may substitute a Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value without liability.  Potential winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question and sign a release (“Release”) that confirms their compliance with the Rules; acceptance of the Prize as offered; and release of GoVeyance, its affiliates and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (“Representatives”) from any liability in connection with the Prize and the Contest. If a potential winner does not meet all eligibility requirements; has not returned the signed Release within 10 days of receipt; cannot be contacted by email within 10 days following the draw; does not comply with the Rules; does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, the potential winner shall be disqualified and an alternative potential winner selected. In the event an alternate potential winner cannot be determined, Prizes may go unawarded. Winners will receive their Prize via email within 30 days of confirmation receipt of the signed Release and that the skill-testing question has been correctly answered and the Release has been returned to GoVeyance.
5. Details. GoVeyance will only use the personal information you provide to GoVeyance to conduct the Contest. GoVeyance’s privacy policy is available at https://goveyance.com/privacy/. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for GoVeyance to use the winner’s name, city, province, photograph and/or likeness, without further compensation, in connection with publicity in connection with the Contest, unless prohibited by law.
6. Liability. You acknowledge that GoVeyance accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or claims caused by or resulting from late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified, or destroyed Entries; the Contest; or denial or acceptance of a Prize.  You release and agree to hold harmless GoVeyance, its affiliates, and their Representatives from all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest or the Prizes.
