Grant Sauer Notary Corporation, Langley location, is looking for an Intermediate/Senior Conveyancer who has a minimum of 5 years of conveyancing experience.

Our progressive notary office offers a positive working environment and contemporary workspace. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to make sure we meet our client’s deadlines. The successful candidate will report directly to the Notary.

Duties will include:

  • Managing the conveyancing department, including:
    Training conveyancing staff.
    Managing file load.
    Ensuring policies are enforced & followed.
    Maintaining a high standard of client care within the department.
  • Completing purchase, sale, and refinance files; start to finish.
  • Experience with private lenders.
  • Assisting with asset purchase and sale files.
  • Correspondence with clients and other professionals.
  • Basic bookkeeping/Trust Accounting is an asset
