As of this morning, we released another update that includes the information below.
Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Exemption Calculations
- GoVeyance can now calculate the First-Time Home Buyer (FTH) and Newly Built Home (NBH) exemptions in your purchase matters. Providing unparalleled accuracy and efficiency to your transactions.
- We are fully equipped to handle FTH and NBH sliding scale exemptions and interest-acquired percentages. The exemptions claimed and the percentage acquired on the Buyers tab will directly influence the calculations performed in the PTT section of the Property tab.
- We have added more fields from the PTT Web Filing Form in your GoVeyance matter. This will result in fewer validation errors when sending your data to LTSA.

- Commissions within your purchase and sale matters continue to evolve. We have built new logic to handle various scenarios.
- Whether no deposit is paid or the commission is payable to the Listing and/or Selling Realtor, we have you covered!
