Making PTT smarter on your Change to Title Refinance Matters
-
Just one more way of making GoVeyance easier to navigate.
-
You are now able to complete the Interest Acquired fields per Borrower in GoVeyance in the same manner as you would on the PTT Return itself. Enter 0.000 to 100.000 and indicate whether or not the interest passing is greater than the existing interest held, sit back and let the program calculate for you.
-
If PTT is payable on an Interest Acquired, rest assured that the taxable interest you enter in GoVeyance will match the taxable interest on the generated PTT Return at LTSA.
Private vs. Public Charges
-
We’ve made some updates to how you handle Charge Payouts.
-
Is the Charge Holder a financial institution? Depending on the answer to this question we’ve improved the undertakings in your letter according to the situation.
-
Does the private charge holder have a legal representative? If so, you can easily search for this legal representative and all your correspondence will be addressed to this party rather than the private charge holder.
-
Adding another type of scenario to the evolving ways to convey!
Customize your client correspondence
-
We’ve introduced a new setting in your GoVeyance account for letters to your clients – Salutations Options!
-
Simply select your firm setting on how you wish your correspondence to clients to produce – Title + Last Name OR First Name Only.
-
You can also select your specific Title (i.e., Mr. / Mrs. / Ms. / Dr.) for your clients in your matter, you can now customize how their name appears on letters you generate from the program.
-
Need to make a change on the fly? We’ve got you covered, simply Change your Setting in your matter and you can change the Salutations for this client matter specifically.
