MMS joins the FCT integration on GO, making mortgage deals even easier to manage, along with some requested bug fixes.
The following product release will be live on May 9, 2025, @ 9:00 AM PST.
We’re back with another round of product updates. We made significant improvements and included MMS in our FCT suite of integrations. In addition, we listened to your feedback and made multiple bug fixes across the platform to make your conveyancing experience smoother.
Let’s dive in 👇
🚀 MMS Joins the Party
If you use FCT’s Lender Lawyer Connect (LLC), you’ll love this update: Managed Mortgage Solutions deals are now fully supported through the GoVeyance + FCT integration. That means 18 different lenders are supported, and you can now receive instructions directly into your GoVeyance environment, just like with LLC deals. Accept, import, and move with speed.
🔁 Smarter Linking (and Unlinking)
Need to move an accepted LLC or MMS deal from one matter to another? No problem. You can now unlink a deal and send it back to your dashboard to reassign it—no lost data, no hassle.
GoTIp:
You can now link the LLC/MMS Borrowers directly to existing contacts from your GoVeyance library. Keep your contact list so fresh and so clean, and skip the duplicate data entry.
🏦 Bank Name Dropdown Enhancements
We’ve made selecting Trust Accounts easier and more precise:
- Account Numbers now appear alongside Bank Names in the dropdown.
- Better visibility = fewer errors when choosing where to deposit sale or mortgage proceeds.
⚠️ Charge Holder Field – Now Optional
Sometimes a charge doesn’t have a registered Charge Holder. Now, you’re no longer required to fill out that field. Manual entries in the Charge Payouts section just got faster—and more flexible.
We’re committed to continuous improvement that simplifies your work without compromising power. If you haven’t booked a training session lately, now’s a great time to reach out and see what’s new
