Product Release 5.12.2024

We have released over 30 product updates this year and are excited to share the last one for 2024.

 

A Fresh Look for the GoVeyance UI

  • We’ve given the GoVeyance user interface a subtle yet effective refresh to improve your experience:
    • The left navigation bar now highlights in blue, so you’ll always know which tab you’re working in.
    • Updated colours and borders provide a cleaner, more modern look and feel.

Introducing Partial Payment of Accounts

  • Managing client accounts just got a whole lot easier. With our new Partial Payment feature, you can now handle situations where:
    • A client doesn’t provide the full payment amount.
    • A lender advances less than the full mortgage amount.
    • You can apply partial payments directly from your Trust account to cover the gap. All applicable documents, including the Order to Pay, Statement of Adjustments, and Trust Reconciliation, will now reflect these partial payments whenever there’s a balance due on your client account.

Enhanced Soluno Trust Integration

  • You spoke, and we listened! The Soluno integration just got a major upgrade:
    • You can now change the Trust Account dropdowns for Funds In and Out in the Soluno tab with a single action.
    • Apply these changes across multiple items before sending them to Soluno to save time, reduce repetitive clicks, and improve efficiency.

Streamlined Global Library Searches

  • We’ve optimized the way you search for global library entries:
    • Use a wildcard character (*), such as “BCAA*Vancouver,” to refine results and locate specific entries more quickly.
    • The city has been removed from company names, so there’s no need to delete it manually.
    • Searching for insurance agencies, strata management companies, or real estate firms has never been easier.

CIR Import Enhancements

  • Our CIR Import process just got smarter! With the help of our GoBot:
    • Real estate company names from the CIR are now automatically matched with entries in our global library.
    • Upload a CIR into your purchase or sale matter, and GoBot will fill in the Details tab for you.
    • If the address doesn’t match what you’re looking for, you can search the database for the correct one.
