Mandatory Requirements: We require the full names (first and last), email addresses, and mobile numbers of anyone and everyone who handles/manages real estate and conveyancing. This includes all Law Clerk and Lawyers, as we need mobile numbers for Two-factor authentication (2FA).

Important: Please also select each person’s role(s) below (e.g., Billing Contact, Primary Contact, etc.). This helps us set up the right access and route onboarding updates correctly.

Administrator: The administrator will take part in the initial onboarding and have access to the Advanced User Profile. The administrator(s) would preferably be the lawyer or a senior staff member. Note: We recommend appointing two account administrators.
