Generate Multiple Documents As One
Select the documents you need and GoVeyance combines them into a single document. Add, remove, or reorder documents, name the combined file, and it saves to GoBox automatically.
Response to Requisitions Editor
Response to Requisitions in the Library and the Sale matter topic now opens in a document-style editor with bold, underline, italics, and selectable numbering. Single-paragraph Library entries append to existing text.
Versions and Renaming in Generated Documents
Rename a document, see every version, and view or restore a prior version directly in the Generated Documents topic — the same controls already available in GoBox.
Trust Ledger Display Settings
Choose how Statement of Account information appears in the Trust Ledger from User Setup: total amount only, section details, or complete details, with a tooltip explaining each option.
More Control in the Statement of Account
Automatically added values can now be overridden — click the ellipsis, select Override Value, then edit or delete the amount. The original auto value can be restored anytime, and deleted items can be returned from the +Add button.
Editable Trust Ledger Values
Trust Ledger items tied to automatic values are now editable — use the pencil icon to update the amount or description. Reopen the modal to reinstate the original auto value, or bring a deleted value back with the new Automatic Values button.
GoBox Rename File + Version History
Rename files directly in GoBox and view previous versions of a document when available, with the option to restore and replace the current version. Every entry now has an Actions menu with Rename and View Versions.
Multiple Deposits
Add more than one deposit to a matter and choose how they appear on the Statement of Adjustments — either as one itemized adjustment or as separate adjustments.
Document Group Search
A new search bar in Document Groups helps users find documents faster.
Improved Checklists
Checklist task fields are now larger, support word wrapping, and let users move tasks up and down the list.
Property Updates
New Surveyor's Name and Survey Date fields — each with document parameters — and Municipality can now auto-populate when the city is a direct match in the municipality database.
Statement of Adjustments Updates
Users can now choose whether to add HST to Prorated Adjustments and Other Adjustments.
Improved Teranet Connect
PIN shutters now show the date and time of each search, the same PIN can be re-ordered without repeating the full search, and Parcel Details display the LRO, Estate, and property address at a glance.
Better PIN Management
PINs ordered in error can be flagged with a reason — they move to the bottom and turn red — while Active and Inactive status now appears directly in search results.
Search by Name Improvements
A new back button lets users return to the list of names and choose a different result without restarting the search.
Admin & Billing Reports
Enter disbursements and accounting codes in the new Accounts sub-topic, export fees and disbursements to CSV, and rename "Balance Due on Closing" to flow through to the Statement of Adjustments and Direction re: Funds.
Requisitions & Undertakings
A new search bar in the Requisitions library speeds up finding requisitions, and undertakings are created automatically when a Purchase requisition is set to "Accept Undertaking."
Mortgage & Property Updates
A single Add Lender button searches both private and public databases, a Land Titles/Registry dropdown defaults to Land Titles, and physical payout branch fields appear only when needed.
GoBox Update
LLC/MMS documents now appear in GoBox, keeping more matter documents connected to the file and easy to access from one place.
Better Support & Error Guidance
Clearer messages point users to fields inside closed shutters when an error occurs, and the Help Centre link now opens the correct provincial Help Centre automatically.
Live Chat
Support is easier to access inside GO. A chat bubble connects users directly with a real GoVeyance Customer Support agent, not a help bot.
Side-by-Side Comparisons
Hover over a field to instantly jump to the matching section in the uploaded APS, making it easier to compare information before importing it into the matter.
Copy Matter
Users can now copy an existing Sale matter directly from the matter page by selecting the ellipses and creating a new matter from there.
HST Rebate Support
Built-in calculation of updated rebate values based on the selected rebate option, supporting both the Ontario Temporary Expanded HST Rebate Program and the Federal First-Time Home Buyers HST Rebate.
Enhanced Requisition Management
Robust requisition library with Teranet Connect integration that helps identify and populate commonly required requisitions based on retrieved instruments.
Property Type & Interest Estate
