Another GoVeyance product release will be live on July 24, 2026 including Teranet Connect improvements, better PIN visibility, faster requisition search, automatic undertaking creation, GoBox updates, admin reporting improvements, and more small workflow changes designed to save time across the file.

New IDV Dashboard
The new IDV Dashboard pulls all your Treefort and FCT requests, so you can manage all your IDV requests in one place.
Why this matters:

Improved Teranet Connect
Teranet Connect is getting a stronger, more practical workflow experience.
PIN shutters will now show the date and time of each search, making it easier to identify multiple searches for the same PIN. Users can also re-order the same PIN without going through the full search process again.
We’ve also added more visibility into Parcel Details, including the LRO, Estate, and property address.
Why this matters:
- Easier to identify repeated PIN searches.
- Faster re-ordering when the same PIN is needed again.
- More property information available at a glance.
- Less clicks for every search.
More visibility. Less friction.
Better PIN Management
Users will now have more control when managing PIN search results.
If a PIN was ordered in error, users can mark it as such and add a reason. The PIN will then move to the bottom of the list and change from purple to red, keeping it out of the way while still preserving the record.
Search results will also show whether a PIN is Active or Inactive, with inactives appearing in red.

Search by Name Improvements
Search by Name now includes a back button.
If users select a name and the displayed properties are not the ones they need, they can go back to the list of names and choose another result without restarting the process.

Admin Updates
We’ve added new admin functionality to help firms manage accounting and reporting more efficiently.
Users can now enter disbursements and accounting codes in a new Accounts sub-topic. A report will also be available in Admin/Billing Reports, allowing users to export fees and disbursements to a CSV file, which can be imported into compatible accounting software.
Firms can also change the name of “Balance Due on Closing,” which will flow through to the Statement of Adjustments and Direction re: Funds.

Requisitions + Undertakings
We’ve made requisitions easier to find and faster to work with.
A search bar has been added to the Requisitions library and the Add Requisition from Library workflow inside a matter.
For Purchase matters, undertakings will now automatically be created when a requisition is set to “Accept Undertaking.”

Mortgage + Property Updates
We’ve made several practical updates across Mortgage, Property, and Instruments to Discharge.
The Add Lender experience has been simplified into one Add button that searches both private and public lender databases. A Land Titles and Registry dropdown has also been added to the Property topic and will default to Land Titles.
For Instruments to Discharge, physical payout branch fields will now only appear when needed.

GoBox Update
LLC/MMS documents will now appear in GoBox.
This helps keep more matter documents connected to the file and easier to access from one place.

Better Support + Error Guidance
We’ve made small but important updates to help users move through GO with more confidence.
If a field inside a closed shutter creates an error, users will now receive a clearer message so they know where to go and what needs to be fixed.
The Help Centre link will also take users directly to the correct provincial Help Centre based on the province they are logged into.
