This is a big one.

Purchase Files Are Live.

With this release, Ontario users can now open and complete both Purchase and Sale matters in GoVeyance with enhanced capabilities. This major milestone enables firms to manage more real estate transaction work within a single platform. To get started with Purchase Files, contact Sales at GoSales@Goveyance.com.

2 down, 1 to go. Refinance files will be live early this fall.

Powered by Teranet, this release brings more into GO, including title insurance and IDV integrations, LLC/MMS functionality, updated Purchase matter defaults, smarter APS upload review, new HST rebate options, and improved reporting. All features will be live by June 15, 2026.

Let’s dive in.

IDV + Title Insurance + LLC/MMS

New key integrations that help move the transaction forward. Users will have seamless access to title insurance integrations with Chicago Title, FCT, and Stewart Title (TitlePlus coming soon), as well as IDV integrations with FCT Client ID Verification and Treefort.

Matters will also include LLC/MMS functionality, which supports mortgage instruction workflows directly within GoVeyance.

Why this matters:

  • Keeps more file work connected to the matter.
  • Reduces duplicate entry.
  • Supports lender and title insurance workflows.
  • Helps firms move faster with less system switching.
More connection. Less friction.

Smarter APS Upload Review

APS Upload now includes a side-by-side and interactive view of the import screens and the APS itself. This makes it easier for users to compare information before importing it into their matters.

Why this matters:

  • Takes you directly to the field being imported, saving time.
  • Shows imported information against the original document and allows you to update data before importing.
  • Improves confidence before bringing data into the matter.
Better visibility. Better workflow.

New HST Rebate Options

We’ve added two new HST rebate options to the Sale Price adjustment:

  • Ontario Temporary Expanded HST Rebate Program.
  • Federal First-Time Home Buyers Rebate.

Users can select the applicable option, and GoVeyance will perform the calculation accordingly.

Why this matters:

  • Supports newly introduced Ontario Rebate scenarios.
  • Built-in calculation of the updated adjusted rebate.
More options. Smarter calculations.

Property Field Updates

We’ve added two new fields to the Property topic besides PIN:

  • Property Type.
  • Interest/Estate.

Property Type includes multiple options to ensure that the matter is correctly classified at the source entry. Interest/Estate has been standardized to align with Teraview options for the accuracy of ownership and the property Interest/Estate within each matter.

Why this matters:

  • Capture key property information earlier.
  • Support connected integrations.
  • Reduce duplicate entry later in the file.
Small fields. Big workflow impact.

Enhanced Search

We’ve enhanced Search and Advanced Search to make it easier to find what you need faster.

Quick Search will now show when more possible matches exist, helping users know when to move into Advanced Search for more accurate results.

Why this matters:

  • Better visibility into search results.
  • Faster access to the right file or contact.
  • Clearer prompts when more results are available.
  • A better search experience overall.

Find what you need faster.

New GoVeyance Billing Report

Administrators now have access to a new GoVeyance Billing report in the Admin/Billing Report topic.

This report shows the software fee charged for each transaction opened during a selected date range.

Why this matters:

  • Better billing visibility.
  • Easier transaction fee review.
  • Cleaner reporting for administrators.
Simple reporting. Better control.
