We move fast, and we’re back with another Ontario product release.
This update brings multiple improvements to Sale Files. Designed to help you get the job done faster.
From copying Sale matters to emailing contacts directly from GO, searching for lawyer names, accessing live support, and setting default account templates, our newest release focuses on practical innovations that make moving files faster and easier.
We’re also highlighting GoBox, now live and active in GoVeyance, giving users one dedicated place for every document that matters.
Sale File updates will be live as of May 6th, 2026. GoBox is currently live.
Copy Matter for Sale Files
Starting a new Sale matter just got easier. Users can now copy an existing Sale matter directly from the matter page by selecting the ellipses and creating a new matter from there.
Why this matters:
- Saves time when opening similar Sale files.
- Reduces repeat data entry.
- Keeps your workflow moving without having to start from scratch.
Send Emails From Within GO
Users can now create emails directly from within GO. Any valid email address field will show an envelope icon. Click it, and your default email client will open with the contact and subject line pre-filled.
Need to email multiple people? The new “Send an email” topic lets users select multiple email addresses associated with the matter, add new recipients, and launch the email from GO.
Why this matters:
- Less copying and pasting.
- Fewer missed contacts.
- Faster communication from inside the matter.
Search by Lawyer Name
We’ve made it easier to find the right lawyer contact. The lawyer name field in the Buyer’s Lawyer section is now searchable. Users can search both the global and private Law Firms and Lawyers contact databases directly from the field.
Go Live Chat
Support is now easier to access inside GO. A new chat bubble will connect users directly with a real GoVeyance Customer Support agent. This is not a help bot—it connects users with a live agent.
Admin Update: Default Accounts Library Templates
Administrators can now choose a default account template in the Accounts Library. Once selected, the default template will automatically be applied to any new matter opened.

- Gives firms more control over account setup.
- Reduces repetitive admin work.
- Helps standardize new matter creation.
